As some of you have already recognised we’re encountering a few teething problems with systems as we settle in to our new production facilities at Portman Road; (KnowledgePoint Portal, OrderTool and File Upload Tool in particular).

The IT team is working incredibly hard to get this fixed as quickly as possible, but if you continue to experience issues and have an order that you need to place urgently, please call us on (+44) 0118 918 1500 and we’ll do our very best to get these processed as a matter of urgency.
