Ray Brown, Sales & Marketing Director, KnowledgePoint says: “We believe learning and skills development are critical, not only for individuals but equally for business performance and prosperity. Our core purpose is about making this learning happen; this means we’re focused on the practicalities of helping training providers and learning organisations to provide high-quality learning opportunities to their learners and employees.

With Leo, we’ve a world-leading expert in the development and delivery of large-scale learning support and administrative services. His experience is second to none; he brings operational expertise that will significantly enhance processes and unlock efficiencies for our global customers.”
Leo Blankenship, VP of Operations & Advisory, says: “Over the past year we’ve seen a fundamental shift in the learning market, with increasing focus on online delivery and the use of digital for enabling the process of learning. But in the rush to respond to the challenges of the pandemic, I believe many learning and training organisations may have lost a bit of focus on the engine of the learning process – the nuts and bolts of making sure learning happens effectively and efficiently.
“I’m hugely excited to be leading KnowledgePoint US, a company which is all about these fundamentals – a company which makes life easier for its training providers and enterprise customers. I’m looking forward to using my experiences to realise benefits for existing and new customers in North America and beyond.”
